It may seem a bit small to spend five minutes to write or a minute to read – but it’s been annoying me more than ever lately…

Parking is scarce in the city. The vast majority of parking lots are equipped with lines to allow the most cars to park while also allowing their occupants enough space to get out & back into their cars.

Please consider that someone else will probably need to park next to you. Park your car between the lines. If the lot is tight and you have to make an adjustment after jetting into a space, please do. It isn’t going to take more than a few seconds.

If your vehicle is too large for a parking lot, it might be necessary to give the old Suburban a little back and forth.

You’re not in any more of a hurry or more important than the person who will park next to you soon. Consider their ability to get in and out of their car.

And while the paint job on your Maserati may be your way to overcompensate for some other shortcoming – taking a couple spaces to protect it only makes you a moron with a nice car.

Thanks for the opportunity to vent.
